    Southern California pole studios

    Hi everyone, I’m moving to Long Beach, California in a month. Can anyone recommend some great studios in the area? Surely there are a ton of them. Thank you in advance!

    Hi! I’m from NorCal but my friend just went to Long Beach and took a week worth of classes at Polarity Pole Fitness and she really liked it. She said it was fairly small and cozy and all of the ladies were very welcoming and friendly. Hope that helps.

    I took Pole Instructor training classes about 5 or 6 years ago from Pole Position Fitness, now Sharon Polsky’s Unleashed 4 Women http://www.unleashed4women.com/ She taught focusing on safety 1st. It’s in Long Beach.
