Soundproof floors
This may sound crazy, but dies anyone have any experience with soundproof dance stages/ flooring? I live in an apartment, dance at late times ( switch my work schedule), and don’t want to clack the hell out of my neighbors!

I feel you! I had the people below leave a note for all the noise I was making while they were trying to sleep. I have no flooring solutions (haven’t checked) so I also would love to see if there are any suggestions. For now though I glued a few layers of felt to the bottom of my heels so my footsteps are now quiet. There are some moves I have to save for day time but I guess on the bright side I’ve become stronger from having to lower myself slowly to the ground so I don’t cause thunder downstairs.
