Pole wont spin properly.. need help!
I recently bought a pole 3 weeks ago, and as of today I changed it from static to spinning. It spun perfectly for about 10 seconds, then it started to get stuck on the extending screw that tightens and loosens the pole on the ceiling. Although the pole spins, it is now stuck on that screw and will either loosen or tighten the pole when moved. i do not know how to fix it so it spins freely with no issues. What can I do to fix this? I would contact the company you bought it from, I don’t recognize this brand of pole.
