My knees swivel slightly during the side pole hold/invert grip. How can I correct this?

Hi everyone! I'm on Day 10 of the 30 Day Take Off program and just did my first side pole hold/side hold tuck today. I definitely noticed that I'm a bit stronger when I grip the pole from my left arm vs. my right but both times, there were moments where both my knees would turn slightly to the side. Is this just due to me being inexperienced and is there anything I can do to keep my knees from twisting? I can add a video if that would be helpful, thanks all!

Hi! That's common and as you become stronger it won't be an issue. Also make sure you have the hips way in front of the pole.

Wow, this is awesome! I have a stationary pole and I was feeling my way with what's out there on YouTube. Luckily I came across an SV vid, and signed up for a year of SV the next day!
