  • List of descending 3-points of contact invert transitions/combinations?

The Pole Sport Organization’s Level 2 competition category has a couple of rules around inversions:
    1. You can’t invert aerially lifting your hips over your head. However, you are allowed to descend into an invert (lowering your head below your hips).
    2. At all times when you’re inverted, your body must have 3 points of contact with the pole.

So to get into an inverted orientation starting off-the-ground, one would have to climb the pole and then descend from an upright position (or caterpillar climb). Most options for doing this I can think of involve descending from a Jasmine (e.g. Jasmine to Butterfly), but the ideal routine would have more variety. What other transitions or combinations would work?

Some I’ve thought of so far:
-Pole sit or genie to brass monkey
    -Superman drop to leg hang
-Layback moves like Remi sit or cross-legged release

    Thanks for your help!

I’ve been busy with the holidays, but I’ll see if I can think of any soon. 😁
