    Handspring vs cartwheel mount

    OK so I keep watch those lessons and I can’t figure out the difference between the two? I am rubbish at visualisation so when I can’t view them side by side I struggle! Anyone please. Thank you! Also which one is easier?

    If you’re referring to the lessons here the Cartwheel you’re head is moving forward and down towards the floor, feet kick back away from you.

    Handspring your head is moving backwards and down feet kick towards your face.
