Hi! I'm working on my gemini but I don't seem to be able to get the pole in the right spot in my side (it ends up in my armpit/ribs)

any advice on how to fix this or exercises to get me in the right spot? Is my invert maybe not solid enough? (currently doing the 30 day invert for my 4th round haha)

Do you have video of you trying? A strong invert is really important, could be something else too.

You can practise positioning on the floor.
Lie on back, pole next to the side of your stomach, lift up legs and hook outside leg.

I practice from the floor and my positioning seems fine but then inverted it seems off

Loving the 30 day takeoff.. just what I needed to get out of a rut! I find the daily routines perfect in length and intensity and a great way to shakeup a stagnant workout routine. Plus, now I am limber and warmed up to do some practicing
