    Flow program on spin pole

    Hello,

    I’m going to a studio that only does spin pole, and also doing lessons on here. I would love to do the 30 day flow program, but can it be done with a spin pole? As I’m fairly new, I’m concerned about getting confused with the differences.

    I feel you should be able to use spinning pole. 😊
