    Hi Veena! I just found your flow motion lessons and I’m super excited to start working with them! My question is, since we don’t have to do a warm up and what not, can these be done multiple times a day? Also if I’m only doing one flow motion stretch instead of the whole routine, how long or for how many breathes should I do it for? Thank you! 💜💜
