Flow Challenge
I am so impressed with everyone’s videos of the Beginner routine for flow challenge! It takes me weeks, if not longer, to practice and learn choreography like this. No way I can stay on schedule if I participate 😲. I will try to get something accomplished. You all rock!!

Come on! Give it a try! The whole point is that we are doing the same choreo all month long! Start doing what you can today and see where you get by the end of 30 days! Today was a rest day, so you aren’t even behind! ðŸ™ðŸ™ðŸ˜

Oh! The whole month? I thought different flow throughout the 30 days. 🤔. Guess I should review the 30 flow program 🌺

Yeah!! The idea is that it’s so ingrained by day 30 that you can really relax into the moves instead of thinking so hard 🥵 😂
