    It’s hard to tell because it’s so dark but I’m pretty sure it’s called the “Manerina” on Cleos site. Taught by Blue Phoenix if memory serves. ☺

    I was looking for the name so I could find a tutorial. I’ve got in on one side but for some reason not the other. Now I can get some tips from Blue Phoenix. I appreciate your info.

    The Capezio I know is quite different. Kind of an inside leg split, little brother of Allegra, keeping yor hips paralell to the floor and not opening like in Allegra. In fact, I learnt it as a progression to Allegra…
