Beginner here, hey everyone!
I recently bought a year long subscription, and have an X-pole. I live in an apartment, so space is a bit of an issue, but I think I have arranged stuff to where I can actually start poling! I am really looking forward to using this site and maybe even making a few friends. I am 29 years old and I work as an RN at a big hospital. Really wanting to do pole for fun and fitness in my spare time. After gaining a few pounds in school, I have started going to the gym doing strong lifts 5X5 and cardio about 3-4 days a week as well. Anyways, good to be a member and look forward to hearing from people!
