    Climbing up pole, pole between mY thighs and holding myself. It burns my thighs what should I do I cant handle it and I come down quick and I need to be able to sit up on the pole

    The points of contact for most climbs are actually the shin, back of the calf and between the knees. Thighs are used for pole sits 😊 Keep practicing! Climbs are not something most people get right away. I break down several climbs step by step in the lessons if you’re interested.
