Absolute Beginner Question

Hello :) I am a total beginner here. Is it better to start with the 30 day no-pole beginners series or the flexibility series? I have practically no flexibility or muscle strength right now. I also don’t have a pole yet. I want to try the beginner videos to make sure I’ll stick with it before spending the money. Thank you!!

30 day because we do stretching as part of the program. 😁

Oh, if you don't have a pole do the 30 day No Pole program this is also a complete program with stretching and rest days but for those without a pole. [www.studioveena.com]

Try some of the floorwork, and chair dance too!

The rotator cuff stuff is exactly what my chiro told me to do: he is going to be so happy I'm looking after my shoulders and building strength safely on both sides :)
