X-POLE PURCHASE

Everyone has different opinions, but I personally love my xpoles. I've had a 50mm titan gold, I now have a 45mm chrome & 45mm titan gold. I switch between the two depending on weather but not that often. You can't beat the free shipping from sv! I got my 45mm titan gold from here and great service. Are you considering the stationary or static/spin pole?

Agh, the decision for size and finish is always difficult for some. The 50mm was standard when I started, and I used it for couple of years. Then tried 45mm at a studio and loved it. I then struggled with staying with titan gold or going to chrome. Like I said, now I have 45 in chrome and titan gold LOL Now I wonder about the 40mm, but as long as I haven't tried one, I'm okay with 45mm. I think I'd be afraid of thigh grip and leg grip moves on 40mm, that's just me. Wish I could give input about it for you, hopefully others will. Keep in touch with what you get.

Either the 45 or 40 would be good. I think your are better off going with a 45 to start. It's becoming the standard. Leg grip isn't that hard on a 40 (for me.) Once you are solid on a 45, going down shouldn't be too difficult. The main moves that would be tough would be thigh holds, but knee pit grips are easier on the 40 (IMO.)

It took just a couple of days, which was nice. You'll love the pole, make sure to give it time to get used to. Even titan gold needs to be cleaned of the manufacture film. Poling and learning new things in the beginning can be painful no matter what the finish, it goes away and gets better when move/hold/trick is learned. But then starts over with new things. It's worth it
