Elbow Pain...

CeledaBcn
Hi
I have a light elbow pain (don't make my scream) but, i note it...
It's from work, since i started on the new job, i feel this pain, i been off the pole since last 3 weeks, and the pain instead of decrease it increase.
Can somebody give some advice to decrease this pain? Maybe i need to make specific strength exercices and streching for the forearm?
Need help, i miss my pole
Thanks.

You should consult a doc on proper rehabilitation. You probably have tennis elbow. A doc or PT can tell you what to do and what not to do while it is causing you problems. What I do think you should do is if you use a computer, switch the mouse over to your non-dominant hand. I do that frequently so I don't irritate my wrist/ hands. You get used to mousing with your non-dominant hand fairly quickly, although it is awkward at first.
I personally have tendonitis in my wrist. I can rest it for a few weeks, it will feel better, then when I try just a simple pole hold it will flare up again. I guess things like this take a long time to heal. I spoke to my PT and he told me what I can do to help it heal.

I went to a pole stretching flexibility class last night and now my left elbow really hurts. I also have a pole at home and it's so hard not to pole right now. I'm icing my elbow and wrapping it, I just can't believe I can't pole for the next two weeks!!! So bummed. Anyone else go through this?
