30 day to flexy + 30 day take off
Hey everyone! So after my foot injury, I’m trying to get back to poling 3 times a week and working on flexibility 3 days as well and I’ve been doing the 30 day take off but I want to start the 30 day flexy program together. Would it be a good idea to do one on the rest day of the other? Or would it be better to do both on the same day? Thanks!!!!
