Oh my goodness! Being sick while travelling must have been awful!! You poor thing! I haven’t had the flu in a year or so, it’s shocking how bad it feels. All sound advice thanks, I am forcing down huge quantities of water most annoying is having to get up and pee so often lol. And you’re right! The brightness from the sun is insane 😅 luckily I don’t have to go out yet but will definitely employ sunnys and headphones when I do and in lieu of a humidifier I’ll have to have a hot bath or something.
