I’m 60. Age is not and will not be a barrier for me. If I were in bad shape, maybe, but I’m not. There are many middle-aged women in one of my pole classes, and I also take inspiration from over 50 and 60 polers who are top pole dancers. ~~~ You need to put your ego aside and keep at it.
