Just started my 30 day subscription- wondering how best to schedule different lessons
Hi all, I am stoked because I was finally able to start my ~veena journey today~ and I was just curious about a few things.
Moderation isn’t something I’m good at- I’m 43 and still struggle with an “all or nothing” mentality and am always on the lookout for instant gratification and, while I’m not as self destructive about it these days as I used to be, it’s still something I can’t seem to rein in too well.
So of course I want to do 30 Day Take Off and 30 days to Flexy and and and
So, I was wondering how does this sound;
4 days a week doing the 30 day take off
3 days a week doing dance and intensive stretching from the 30 days to flexy
or should I do the 30 days to flexy every day too in conjunction with 30 Day Take Off?

Oh, also, any Aussie gals have trouble getting the videos to play smoothly? Our internet services in Australia kinda suck and I find the videos stop and start a lot, which kinda ruins the flow of the lessons a bit. Any tips on helping things to run a little smoother would be really appreciated
