I love how shoulderstands look when other people do them, lol...me, errrr, not so much. They need a LOT of work. And I'm open to suggestions on what to do with my legs once they're up there. :)

Dangerous - Sorry to go against your thoughts on the shoulder stand, but I think your style looks great! You have a leg variation that I had not tried yet...left leg extended straight, I really like that one. You look very good doing it =)

amcut - I also need to practice these.. so rough on my little bent neck, though! I vote medusa legs, though. And leg circles from the calf. Nothing looks sexier than calf circlse.

StudioVeena - I FINALLY got this one that other day....I had tried it a while back and fail, so I tried again and got it first try BUT then had trouble! So I know how that goes. Well done!!! I'm still a bit shaky too. Love the socks.

polergirl - OMG, leg circles from the calf never even occurred to me!! I think I need to be a bit more stable but I am totally going to try them.

polergirl - Hey, lady, you were my inspiration to try these, so I consider that an enormous compliment. Thank you so much!

polergirl - I am a big over-the-knee sock hound. Love them. :)
Hopefully the wobbles will go away and I'll be shoulderstanding, doing Amcut's leg/calf circles, and looking balanced and pretty the whole time, hahahaha.

polergirl - Oh, thanks so much!!! But were we watching the same video? I see wobbly girl trying very hard just to stay upright. HA

polergirl - Aww, thank you! They look so fluid and easy when someone who knows what they're doing does them...and then there's me, lol. They'll get better, I know. I was just happy I could get and stay up 95% of the time.

polergirl - Thank you!! So much harder than they look, eh? But I am so inspired by my fellow SVers--I will keep trying!

polergirl - For me, the hardest part was figuring out how much my body needed to go up. Since it's kind of a blind kick, it's tricky (or was for me). A mirror is a huge help because you can see what your body's doing. I was lucky that my first attempts were successful so I got a good feel for how far I needed to go up, but I'm not sure I could do it without a mirror. At first I was scared even to try them, but then I realized that if I undershot, I could just put my feet back down, and if I overshot, I could just roll onto my shoulder. Figuring out I *probably* wouldn't hurt myself helped a lot, lol.

Skittles01 - Oh wowzers!!!! This looks GREAT!!! I'm adding this to my workout plan!!! I really like your leg variations by the way. I esspecially like the one leg straight version and the both legs straight shows a LOT of strength and control!!! You go girl!!!

Sarah77 - I can't do anay kind of head stand, hand stand or shoulder stand, i just can't get my balance adn now am very scared. You look great doing them though, and once you feel safe doing them, the balance will follow and the wobbling will stop. (So i've been told; but i can't even hold a handstand without someone there to catch my legs). You have my admiration.

PlatinumAni - You are looking really good. You have the hard part. Your muscles will adapt and stabilize with practice. I am jealous.
