just some pole stuff (all aerial tricks only, no spins) i'm working on! so non pointed toes (whoops) and choppy editing. -shoulder mount - reverse climb - ayesha (aka straight edge split) - straight edge - brass monkey - layout -cradle (aka corkscrew) - butterfly - extended butterfly - invert - cupid -butterfly handstand - spinn...ing chopper -some climb practice (regular and side) -climb into aerial cradle (alethea trick!)-- this was a sad attempt but sucked at this today -the ONE spin i did on camera-- a body spiral- I BROKE THE POLE! thank goodness this was at the end of the day....
Kittyclimber - You are soooo graceful and your moves are so controlled. If the pole was about to break I'm so glad it was when you were able to land on your feet!

Jenn - Wow, even for just practicing moves, it still looked very graceful and smooth. Love your hip rolls!! Glad you didn't get hurt when the pole busted... I would've been freaked out!

Layla Duvay - OMG!! That was crazy--thank gawd you weren't inverted!!! Seriously though, your caterpillar makes me weep (will I ever get it to be that strong and lovely?) and that BS was gorgeous until the break!!! I guess the pole just couldn't stand all that beauty and strength anymore, lol!!
