Sometimes during competition training, I have to take a complete mental break from the routine and try something new. I found the side bow & arrow on Pole Dance Community, and the Janeiro has been showing up here. Thought I'd give them both a shot! I'm not sure how to get out of either of them prettily, though...
Lyme Lyte - Great job on that Janeiro. U r great. Also the side bow and arrow was nicer looking than the regular one i think.
