littlelindsay - Well, we learned the spinning Scorpio a couple weeks ago and then learned this combo on Wednesday. I did it in slow motion once and then just tuned out any fear and just went for it. I think if you can do both parts well you won't have a problem since muscle memory plays a big role. If you hesitate in the middle of the move you won't be able to do it. So yeah, don't attempt unless you can do a spinning Scorpio!
