The Elbow Grip Aysha - probably the toughest move I had to learn so far. :) The concept of taking my legs off the pole while hanging upside down was so scary to me, especially doing it without a spotter. But finally I managed to overcome it. :) I left the original sound in so you can hear me scream :)
