It's been very long few months! Off the pole since march, with the exception of one performance and 2 videos I made in the little condo. OH! and there was a visit with my pal Katie to a local studio! I've done other things to stay in shape, not as strong as I would like, but that will come back! I'm very happy to have a studio space again. It's working out well so far (only used it twice!) One issue is the flooring, it's super hard like cement, so floor work is painful. The space is 10 ft in height. I'm using my 45mm Titanium Gold on static and the new 40mm Chrome on spin. The video isn't full of death defying stunts, but it is full of heart.....xoxo

nilla - You look so happy, you are beaming! I love it. Is your studio space in your house? *jealous* You could install a floating laminate wood floor that would make floor work less painful, and it wouldn't damage the original flooring...you may have already thought of that though.

Yes, Nilla the first thing I did was look at new flooring to layover. :) I'm thinking of a sprung dance floor but we'll see. I'll use this for now, and put a pole up stair on the carpet for working on new tricks.

senrysa - Watching you always inspires me and that I need because even though I'm supposed to be healed I can't help being a little afraid to start over but then again I can't live without it. I love your kids they are so adorable. So happy you have a place to pole. All one has to do is see your face to see your love of pole and the rest of you to see how really good you are.
