The title says it all! The first clip was indeed my longest ever at that point, but the final clip was longer by a few seconds! It's my husband I'm talking to in the last clip, he had just come home from work at the end of my practice. :)
StudioVeena - Very nice! Have you thought of trying the elbow stand instead, it would be easier on the head and neck. :)

dustbunny - Thanks V! I do elbow stands too, but only against the wall or pole. Although I can lift into them, I can't free balance them yet. I find balancing easier in the headstand. Using the mats to cushion my head makes it more comfortable and gives me something soft to roll out onto if I lose my balance. :)
