I had something else in mind for this month challenge, but my "outfit" for the video only arrived yesterday and I'm going away for a while... so it will have to wait. in the meantime did this, can't believe It's been a year since I started working on those tricks... wow.. time flies. I kick myself for not using video since the start, but oh well... have fun :)
RockCgirl - Ha! Yesterday I did the same thing- forgot that the pole was on spin mode! Awesome progress- I'm inspired.

Legend - Thanks girls :) @RockCgirl: haha, happens all the time, not always so funny. @LindaS: I was fine, dont worry its hurts more the ego than the back ;) @Veerose: thank you :) some things seems not to improve... like the iron X, still not quite an X. but looking back sometimes i dont recognize myself! such a journey :) @PlatinumAni: lol, I think over time I've mastered the art of polesliding! maybe If I had more pole wouldnt be so annoying :) @DeniseL: I dont have the pole there anymore... and miss it so much.. now I'm trapped in a little room :(

Sublime - I love the video at 1:58. Your dog who's sleeping outside even jumps when you fall! Glad you didn't get hurt though. Can't wait to see your next video featuring this outfit you speak of....... Sounds like fun! ;)
