Just the montly update... some new tricks and combos, others I havent done in a while and wanted to see if I still got them and how they have improved (or not). added a few bloopers at the end, a small reminder that pole dancing is not easy ;) happy poling!
XxMyztikxX - really loved that inert with one hand into the hip hold. an u did that bat wing awesome. i was just able to get the move u did right after the batwing. i love that one. dontk now what its called tho.but u did it very nicely =)
