First practice on my new 45mm xpert TGold!! If it wasnt yellow would be perfect!! amazing grip! Love it! Best practice ever! Got a "crash mat" and worked on one of my dream moves (switch from elbow grip aysha to true grip), while I was at it also tried the new Crystal drop (scary...), polished the suicide back hook a bit and my weak side is slowly getting not so weak anymore ;) of course everything comes with hard work and persistence, but its so worth it! I missed the feeling of getting new tricks... aahhh feels good! (even though my arm is a mess ). sorry about the crappy light and editing, still need to find the perfect spot for the camera... song: Breakerfall by Pearl Jam. Happy poling! :)

Tovah - Your so brave. Your bottom arm must be sore as I was watching you on your dream move. Getting many ideas for homemade crash mats. I think I will also work on the SI back hook.

Legend - Tks again everyone! Was in the mood for something silly and real. @Tarah, this is not my new studio, just a diferent room for practice, and its a matress, still need to find a good, portable crash mat, but it works fine for now :)
