Not much in it, first real practice since the showcase 3 weeks ago. Everything seem so hard lol. No new tricks because it took me more than 30 minutes just to warm up the pole (house is getting cold) and i was getting really tired.

TNBrunette007 - Oh my this is one of the sexiest practices ever; I love that strobe light and this song; who is the artist & what is the name if you don't mind me asking? Very pretty entry into butterfly, very nice legwaves in the v handstand, and solid aysha, which I love how you exit out of. Lots of your moves look good!!

tiggertail - @Legend we had a great workshop in Toronto ''Liquid Motion'' from Jani Janover. She teach us some fun and sexy moves as well as going blank and letting your brain on the side for that kind of dance. Sorry about the lights it's worst on video than in real lol.
