still working on that elbow grip! i couldn't get a good grip with my elbow, it kept slipping. also tried the half cartwheel and extended butterfly. my extended butterfly looks so wrong - can anyone help?
Paunobs - great job with the cartwheel :) I am not real sure but when you do the extended butterfly i think you are turning you body the wrong way it needs to be square to the pole, just try not turning your body and just pushing back with that leg someone else may have better advice on this than me.:)

tarah - hi paunobs, i think you are right. i noticed that i was turning my chest away from the pole. i also got some advice posted on my other video, to place my lower hand higher and then "push away" from the pole. it all totally makes sense. thanks!! xoxo

PlatinumAni - Yeah the cartwheel is looking good. I agree I think you are twisting your hips in the butterfly. Between that and raising that lower hand you will be golden. Your elbowstand is looking awesome. :)

Sarahb69 - Wow, that elbowstand is fab, tarah! the forearm grip looks solid too. As for the ext. butterfly, i agree...I think you need to have your lower a bit higher so you can push yourself away from the pole. Your shoulders are coming past the pole and they shouldn't be. Keep up the great work, you are getting so strong! xox
