Some stuff from my workout at the studio yesterday...trying to learn to stall a few things like the Pencil Dismount and Extended Aysha. Any tips, comments are greatly appreciated.
Legend - wow your TG is getting better and better! nice rubber aysha, I have so many problems with that one... good work :)

StudioVeena - One thing I would suggest: When exiting out from moves like the TG or aysha work on moving back up to the pole instead of dropping back down. Moving back up will be better for the joints. I don't wanna hear you talk bad about your progress because you moving VERY FAST. *sticks tongue out*

tarah - wow, you are doing great with the tg lift! i am so jealous. i have been procrastinating working on cartwheel/handspring mounts - my first attempts were just so pathetic! but, have to start somewhere, right?? ;)
