Just a short bit of practice after my dancing, which is all I really wanted to do last night. A little SG and TG progress, with a cute little bonus at the end I couldn't resist adding. As always, comments/advice always welcome! :-)
Scarlet Thunder - your twisted grip Aysha was fantastic and you are so close with split grip.

pole-twista - LOVE the name!!! thats so creative and sexy! nice red dress and booty shorts too! Great work on SG Aysha! I took forever to get comfortable w this, but now prefer it to FA grip. Just remember never bend that bottom arm, than your in trouble lol! Looks like your fairly solid w it, especially doing it over and over! Great work! Oh and the doggie is sooo cute!!! Love dogs! xo
