So this is the first video edit I did myself, with the help of my hubby. I can not figure out why the lighting is so bad. It changes and it does not save what I tell it to do so.... I was weak in this practice so it is bad, but progress is progress. I try the half cartwheel, and scorpio switch in this video.
velvetvixen - The upside down leg waves were cool! I say it was a successful practice with all those moves!

Layla Duvay - GREAT moves--I particularly liked your whippy windmill to pole sit! SO dynamic!! Very decent scorpio switch too! WEAK?!? Doesn't look like it from here!!!

luvlee - I am just starting to practice my half cartwheel mount and I get discouraged because everything else I have done so far, I have picked up on rather quick. I feel like I am kinda at a halt now.

Sarahb69 - We've certainly all had practices we're not happy with. I think your fan kick to pole sit was great, the half cartwheel is coming along and love the scorpio switch! :-)
