Trying a few new things here, some is a bit rushed boo -- but I know how that happens when your learning! I still struggle with that star hold, I did manage to let go of my hands for a few seconds (not on video), but I know I have to push the hips way forward to lock in the knee hold! Anyway, happy poling!
