glitterhips - that twisted grip was great!!! i havent even attempted that one yet since i only just got the cartwheel but it's next on my list, i will be coming to you for pointers!!!! :)

Tabbycat - A lot is in the hips and your lower pelvic muscles. You have to really focus on bringing your knees into your chest and just keep ifting with your abs and pelvic muscles. :D I don't mind if you need any pointers :)
