My first time ever on spin, shot at Fleur\'s house. Nothing too terrific in here. But I\'m very proud of my first real movie!

ottersocks - Thanks! It took a long time and a lot of courage to finally get it--you just gotta trust that your hip hold is gonna work 'cause you've got nothing else once those hands come off!

ottersocks - I don't actually know. We were calling it a side knee hook into forearm mount. It is really hard to get vertical, you apparently really have to dive into it and let the spin help you. I was too tired and too scared to try it again!

ottersocks - Thanks ladies! There is a whole lot of "fling" involved--you have to trust that hip hold to catch you! Times like these when a little belly flab helps me. ;-)

At first I couldn't believe it...thought it was a corrupted video file or problem in my flash player...so I closed it out and reloaded the video...sure enough...like a stroke of lightning!!! REDKE71 - hey great job ellen!! Nice job on the quick hip hold! Looks as fab as mine! that last move is a side mount aysha.. and yeah its a toughie. You have to really get your upper body straight and get the hips in place before you start any major momentum... great to see a vid from you! looking fabulous!

ottersocks - Hahaha! Thanks Joel. Michula started teaching it to me when I saw her in June, been slowly working on it ever since. It's super fun and quite scary at the same time.
