How not to loose it over the holidays!

The holidays are here and most of us find ourselves traveling or just too busy to pole. Well I have a few quick tips to get you through the holiday season. 

With just 10-20 minutes a day you can stay on track.

Go for a 20-minute brisk walk or two 10-minute walks throughout the day. This can help keep off those unwanted holiday pounds. It will keep your energy level up and metabolism going.

To maintain strength try push ups, squats, superman back, and the switch. These exercises will work you whole body. The superman and switch can be found in the Studio Veena lessons.

Take this time away from your pole to stretch. You can do this anywhere!! Challenge yourself to stretching everyday your away from your pole. I bet you’ll see a change in flexibility.

What if you just can’t find the time or place to exercise? Don’t worry. A break from your daily pole routine can be beneficial too. You wont forget everything you learn or loose all your strength in a weeks time.
