One of our very own members created this move a few years ago. The beautiful Roxy-pink! http://www.studioveena.com/users/vi...

This is a fun, transition like spin when done on a static pole. And a beautiful hold, much like the ballerina when done on spinning pole. I'll cover both variations. Note: You can end in a split for the static variation, instead of wrapping the legs.
dustbunny - I have been waiting for a lesson for this spin, thanks V!

StudioVeena - Your welcome!

CapFeb - Hm. I'm used to seeing the bottom of the right leg not hooked around the pole, but rather pressured, as if in a crunched twisted ballerina. Is either variation correct?

StudioVeena - There will always be several variations of spins and moves. As I said in the description, you can also do this and end in a split, you would not wrap the leg if you were to split.
