Insertion: To name a few. Radius, metacarpals, carpal

This is an important one to focus on after pole sessions. It can help prevent carpal tunnel.
EnASee - Have been hitting the pole session particularly hard lately - first night doing foam rolling after - WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!! Don't know how I've been spinning on static for so long without this stretch. Thank you!
