Use the Abductors Foam Roller Lesson first http://www.studioveena.com/lessons/... for a deeper stretch. Place a pillow or folded blanket under the bum to bring the hips forward if you find the lower back rounding.

Dawn Marie - this stretch is kind of scary. its making me feel like my hips are going to pop out. they keep popping and it hurts a little..and my knees feel weird too. i dont think my alignment is off:(
