Hamstrings are made up of 3 Muscles: Bicep Femoris, Semimembranosus and Semitendinosus.

Origin: Tuberosity of the ischium
Insertion: Tibia, fibula

Roll at least, 10-15 seconds or as long as you like.
slw1977 - I like the purple/blue hair :-) 2 questions...1) is this a stretch/massage type move or is it a strengthing move. I've never used a roller so I'm just not sure. 2) I was at a sporting goods store today...they had 18, 24, 36 inch rollers...any recommendation? Since I haven't used it before, I don't know which would be the most advantageous.

StudioVeena - The focus is massage but you'll end up strengthening the muscles your using to stabilize the body. A long roller is more versatile.

Sam I am - love the new lessons.....mine came with directions but video makes it so much better!! Are there any plans on making lessons on how to "spot" our pole partners?
