POLE STRENGTH: Perform 8-15 reps 2-4 Sets. This is a fantastic way to shape and tone your booty and your entire lower body!!! If your short on time perform this exercise only for the lower body only, then move on to upper body. Strengthens: Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings
