POLE STRENGTH: Perform 8-15 reps 2-4 Sets. This is a fantastic way to shape and tone your booty and your entire lower body!!! If your short on time perform this exercise only for the lower body only, then move on to upper body. Strengthens: Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings
SD2011 - Hi Veena!! What do you recommend for a full days work out? In my case this is strength training to begin with. So this vid of squats do you recommend this once a day on its own or with other vids and how many? Thanking you very kindly. :D

SD2011 - Well i must say these have become so easy for me its unbelieveable! I do 15rps 3sets this does not get my tighs goin untill i do 15rps 3sts of plie! then i feel it!!!!

Riddleboxxy - Veena! I've heard that doing squats with weights give your booty size, and squats with no weights tones/lifts? Is this true? I wouldn't mind going up a couple sizes in my butt then toning it out;P
