Again this move requires a high level of Flexibility and Strength. I'll share important techniques that will help you maintain the proper position on the pole.

Strengthens: Hands, Adductors, Hamstrings, Abdominals and Glutes.

MariYabe - keeping the torso lifted seems to be the hardest for me.

scarletthoney - Is this the same move as what we Australian's call the Allegra? Or is there a difference?

scarletthoney - Oops my mistake, it's a different move we call the Allegra, I was thinking of another move she often performs, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as your centre split, except on spinning.... ? - you can see it here at 1:53
