This is a great way to prepare yourself for other more advanced hip holds! Pay close attention to the P.O.C (points of contact).

Strengthens: Adductors, Hip Flexors
rachyroo - i cannnnnot do this for the life of me!!!! I swear I dont have that bit in the middle of my thighs that allows me to hold on! everything just collapses on top of me. SAD!!!!!!
