This is a move both beginner and intermediate can perform because it is taught from the floor first!!

Strengthens: Erector Spinae, Hamstrings, Adductors, Calf

StudioVeena - Are you trying it from a reverse handstand? That is the best way to start because if you need to you just place the hands back on the floor.
