SHOULDER CONDITIONING 4

These are very similar to the High Rows. Another great exercise for the scapula, rhomboids and rear deltoids. Keep the shoulders away from the ears, don't engage your upper traps!
heatherlynn - i have three bans, each with a different resistance. I have a hard time choosing which ban to use with which exercise.

StudioVeena - If you can do more than 10-15 reps easily then you need to go UP to the next resistance level. Make sure you track your workouts so you know what you need to use each time.

CCRockstar - I will do these as they are very similar to the ones my Physiotherapist gave me! Maybe I can get her to start poledancing;)))
