yoga toes?

sparrow -

My massage therapist recommended them to me today...has anyone tried them? I'm really interested in checking them out, my big toes could use some straightening, she said she sees that a lot in dancers: http://www.amazon.com/YogaToes-Yoga...

I picked up a set of these from Walgreens for my husband for considerably less money.  His toes are so screwed up that they did not help.

PippiParnasse - Yes, I have a set that I use sometimes, especially if I'm working from home. I have an encroaching bunion on one foot, and I think they do the right thing for it, as after I use them a couple times when I haven't for awhile, I can feel the guilty muscle twitch a bit. I don't think they are enough to prevent a bunion outright, but I like knowing those muscles are getting stretched out.

I think most people who have them forget to use them (guilty), but if nothing else they make fierce toe separators for when you paint your nails!

I love my Yoga Toes!! I don't have any "issues" with my feet YET (knock on wood!) and I have used these Toes for a few years now. They feel fabulous after a day of teaching with my 7" stacks on. Just gives me a nice opening stretch between my toes. I agree with chem; you can find them much cheaper than what you found. ;)

So are the knockoffs just as good? If so then I'll get those, I just don't want to end up wishing I'd paid more up front for 'the real deal.' Thanks!!

I have not seen the "real" yoga toes in person but I do not see much of a difference in design from the pictures.
