Strength for ayeshas
I’m trying to strengthen my bottom arm for ayeshas so I can hold them longer and with more confidence. Nowadays, I can do caterpillar climbs with little effort for what seems like days, and I think it’s because I use the strength of my legs a lot to climb, and obviously there are no legs in an Ayesha so I feel like I’m no longer getting the full benefit of the climbs.
Does anyone have any ideas I can condition that bottom arm?
